Mortgage Performance Data
LPS Applied Analytics offers loan-level data covering more than 40 million active first mortgages and five million active second mortgage loans, for agency, non-agency and portfolio products. This database collects more than 80 loan-level collateral attributes, including product type detail, geographic detail down to ZIP level, ARM detail, FICO, document type, property value, occupancy type, property type, loan purpose and loan size.
Because LPS Applied Analytics gathers data directly from servicers, the data is available faster than from any other organization.
