Cynthia FitzGerald is the executive vice president of LPS' Customer Support and Services division of the Mortgage Servicing division.

The Customer Support Services division is comprised of technical and mortgage-industry experts dedicated to providing support, consulting, training and implementation services to LPS' Mortgage Division customers. FitzGerald has played an integral role in the success of this organization by expanding the services provided to customers and improving service levels. LPS was recently awarded the Help Desk Award by Mortgage Technology Magazine.

FitzGerald joined LPS in 1993 as a mortgage banking consultant and since that time has managed both consulting and customer service functions.

Prior to joining LPS, FitzGerald worked for both First Nationwide Bank and Homestead Savings in California.

FitzGerald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Area Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Fitzgerald has been a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association for a number of years and is a past board member of the United Way and current board member for the Red Cross. She has lived in Jacksonville for the past 16 years, and is very involved in the academic, athletic and social lives of her two children.
