The Customer Support and Services division is comprised of technical and mortgage-industry experts dedicated to providing support, consulting, training and implementation services to LPS' Mortgage Division customers. FitzGerald has played an integral role in the success of this organization by expanding the services we provide customers and improving service levels. LPS was recently awarded the Help Desk Award by Mortgage Technology Magazine.

FitzGerald joined LPS in 1993 as a mortgage banking consultant and since that time she has managed both consulting and customer service functions.

Prior to joining LPS, FitzGerald worked for both First Nationwide Bank and Homestead Savings in California.

She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association for a number of years. FitzGerald earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Area Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has lived in Jacksonville for the past 10 years, and is very involved in the academic, athletic and social lives of her two children.
