Grace Brasington is Executive Vice President and serves as Chief Risk Officer for Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS). She is responsible for the establishment and execution of the Enterprise Risk Management initiative for LPS.

Prior to this position, Grace led LPS’ Strategic Consulting Services practice where she and her team partnered with clients to define and overcome complex business and operational challenges to help improve profitability and mitigate risk in all areas of the mortgage lifecycle. 

Before joining LPS in 2006, Grace was an Executive Vice President at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) where she was the business executive for FIS’s Payment Business Solution national offerings within the Enterprise Banking business unit. Prior to FIS, Grace was a Director at KPMG LLP responsible for leading significant financial services account activities within the Southeast Risk Advisory Services practice.

Brasington earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Management from Florida State University.
