James Rowe is senior vice president and general manager of LPS' Risk Management division. In his current role, he is responsible for bringing information-based products and risk management solutions to market that enable LPS' clients to more effectively manage key profit-driving consumer behaviors.

Rowe has served as head of Risk Management and COO of FIS Decision Solutions, a unit that provides analytic and risk management services to 9,000 retail banks and 50,000 retailers.

Before joining FIS in 2004, he served as head of credit risk management and decision sciences for National City’s retail lending division. Prior to that role, Rowe held leadership positions in internal audit, decision sciences and credit risk management for Capital One Financial.

Rowe holds a master’s degree in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and bachelor’s degree in business from Virginia Tech.
