Rod Hatfield is Managing Director of the Aptitude Solutions Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management Services (DMS) groups. Hatfield is responsible for leading and growing both business units. 
 
Hatfield has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry including 15 successful years with LPS. His accomplishments include leveraging opportunities between the LPS Desktop and Applied Analytics divisions; development of strategic business partnerships and technology solutions with industry-leading service providers; and managed growth of the LPS’ MSP InterChange, Mortgage Web Services and Business Intelligence product lines. Prior to joining LPS, Hatfield worked in banking systems with Florida Federal Savings & Loan and Main Street Mortgage Company, LLC. 

Hatfield holds a bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
