Greg Williamson
Greg Williamson is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for LPS.
 
Under Greg’s leadership, the LPS Human Resources team supports a nationwide base of more than 8,600 employees in multiple business divisions. Greg is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the human resources function. He also serves as a strategic partner in the development of company plans and translates strategic business imperatives into HR strategic and operational plans. Furthermore, Greg and his team assess the competitiveness of LPS programs and practices against relevant comparable companies.
 
Before his promotion to LPS Human Resources, Greg served as a vice president and legal counsel with LPS, specializing in employment law issues.
 
Prior to joining LPS, Greg worked for noted law firm Holland & Knight in the litigation department, where he specialized in labor and employment law. Greg also served as vice president of Human Resources and as general counsel for a Jacksonville-based healthcare company.
 
Greg received a B.A. in history from The University of North Florida, then earned his J.D. degree from The University of Florida School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Rotary Club of Fleming Island.
