Cecelia Raine

Cecelia Raine serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for LPS’ Office of the Enterprise division with responsibility for deepening key strategic relationships. In this role, Cecelia works with Executives and Senior Managers at Mortgage Companies and Investors to understand their needs and deliver technologies and solutions to fit those needs.

Prior to joining LPS, Cecelia worked at Fannie Mae as a Servicing Portfolio Manager for Mega and National Clients and as a Manager of Lender Approvals. Cecelia also has considerable corporate experience with stints at both Dime Savings Bank and Empire Realty Credit Corporation as Vice President, Default Manager, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy. At Empire Realty Credit Corporation, Cecelia served as Vice President, Payoffs and Cashiering, while at NationsBank (now Bank of America) she served as Manager of the Servicing Customer Call Center.

Cecelia has earned recognition throughout her career for her commendable efforts both at work and in volunteer service. She was honored at Dime Savings Bank as the Presidential Officer of the Year for improvements in her area of responsibility and for embodying the values of the bank. While at Fannie Mae, she earned the organization’s Reach Award for going above and beyond with internal and external customers; the Fannie Mae W.A.V.E. Award (We Are Volunteer Employees); and the Chairman’s Award for community involvement and volunteerism with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Cecelia was recently recognized with the Buffalo’s Business First “Woman of Influence” award for her work in both the corporate and non-profit fields.

Cecelia graduated with honors from Medaille College, in Buffalo, New York, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Currently, she is a member of the joint Western New York Credit Union and Mortgage Bankers Association.
