Cynthia FitzGerald is the executive vice president of Lender Processing Services’ (LPS) Customer Support and Services organization, the heart of LPS’ customer service efforts.
 
The Customer Support and Services division is comprised of technical and mortgage-industry experts dedicated to providing support, training and implementation services to LPS’ Mortgage Servicing division customers. Cynthia has played an integral role in the success of this organization by expanding the services LPS provides customers and improving service levels. LPS was awarded the Help Desk Award by Mortgage Technology Magazine, and most recently Cynthia was featured in the September 2011 edition of HousingWire Magazine’s Influential Women of the Housing Economy.
 
Cynthia joined LPS in 1993 as a mortgage banking consultant, and since that time she has managed consulting, implementation and customer service functions.
 
Prior to joining LPS, Cynthia worked for both First Nationwide Bank and Homestead Savings in California.
 
Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and international area studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.  She has been a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association for a number of years, is a board member of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the American Red Cross and is involved with the United Way of Northeast Florida. Cynthia is an active supporter of the McKenzie Noelle Wilson Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps young people recognize their full potential. She has lived in Jacksonville, Fla., for the past 18 years and is very involved in the academic, athletic and social lives of her two children.
