With more than 200 MLS customers and 250,000 product users, Rich and his team deliver innovative and reliable technology and tools to help professionals help clients. As the leader of the MLS business since 2008, he and his team have improved the quality of the customer experience, expanded the services offered, invested in new technologies and positioned LPS for continued market leadership. Rich began his career with LPS (previously Fidelity) in 2005 as VP, Corporate Development where he led the introduction of cool new mapping technologies into real estate products like PinPoint, TaxInsight and reInsight Tax, merging public record data with listing data for both agent-facing and consumer-facing solutions.

Prior to that, he has spent over thirty years in technology working for companies like IBM, GRiD Systems, Fujitsu, Dell, Siebel, SAGE Software and Digital Map Products. A common theme across his career is aligning innovation with emerging business needs. Many of the principals observed in other industries are applicable to the real estate vertical. Rich earned his B.A. in economics from Rutgers University after attending the United States Air Force Academy.
