Auto-Index has been specifically designed to increase productivity, improve data accuracy and consistency in the process of indexing data in the ShowCase court case management solution and in the Acclaim recording system.

When using Auto-Index, the number of manual keystrokes for entering index data is drastically reduced, allowing the indexer’s attention to shift to verification and quality assurance while processing more documents. These benefits are specifically gained by a technique called “auto-indexing”. Using this “auto-indexing” method, the software intelligently reads every scanned document and is able to perform additional tasks.
