APPLAUSE eRECORDING
The Applause Recording System automatically includes receiving eRecording documents at no additional cost. Using the Applause Recording System, counties are able to accept any Property Records Industry Association (PRIA) standard submission, regardless of source.
Counties are able to accept submissions from Applause, Simplifile, Ingeo, US Recordings, eCloz, or any submitter that follows PRIA standards.
Applause is Aptitude Solutions' client-server based eRecording creation and submission software based on the National PRIA standard and is not a proprietary system. Applause is designed to operate in local title agencies and local government offices, outside of the recording office.
THE LPS INFLUENCE
Aptitude Solutions is highly involved in the eRecording community at a local and national level. Our staff worked with the national organization, PRIA, to author Chapter 6 of the most current 2.0 DTD, Data Type Definition.
Submissions to the Applause Recording System can handle all standard electronic payment methods including escrow, electronic check, ACH debit, ACH credit and credit card.
