Our standard inspections include drive-by property inspections, occupancy verification inspections, rush inspections and weekly/fast-track inspections.
AUTOMATED INSPECTIONS
LPS’ Automated Valuation Model (AVM) inspection option bridges the gap between traditional property inspections and broker price opinions (BPO). AVM inspections give clients a level of detail not found in traditional inspections and allow them to validate the property before making key decisions.
INTERIOR INSPECTIONS
LPS’ network provides interior inspections of vacant properties to determine any adverse environmental or structural conditions that may affect the value or status of a property.
