LPS is the largest centralized agent of title services to first mortgage and home equity lenders as well as investors. LPS provides services to all of the top 10 lenders in the United States. Our title insurance products include:
- Full ALTA Title Insurance
- Commitments or preliminary reports that show ownership vesting, legal description, exceptions from coverage, encumbrances (rights of way), easements, restrictions and liens (mortgages, judgments and taxes)
- Single-family and 2- to 4-unit
- Premiums based on loan amount, transaction type and loan purpose and do vary from county to county
- Title Rate Calculator
- ALTA Residential Junior Loan Policy
- Limited title insurance coverage primarily issued in connection with home equity loans that show ownership vesting, legal description and liens (mortgages, judgments and taxes)
- Schedule A and exceptions are issued
- Limited liability and flat premiums based upon loan amount
- Not available in all states
