LPS Field Services is a national provider of comprehensive, life-of-loan property preservation and field service solutions. We assist loan servicers by offering a full range of inspections, preservation and REO services from default though disposition. We have the skilled staff and advanced information technology to coordinate and provide field services in every state and locality where our clients’ service loans. Additionally, our Industry Relations team regularly tracks rapidly changing compliance requirements bearing down on the industry and provides legislative and regulatory updates to help our clients meet these challenges.
FIELD PRESERVATION SERVICES
LPS can assume many responsibilities to support our clients’ back office processing functions and alleviate the need to increase staffing and facilities. Our preservation services include first-time vacancy review and correction processing; damaged property review and correction processing; violation notice and correcting processing; FHA conveyance coordination; occupied property management; coordinating utility activations; and vacant building registrations.
