Custom-designed quality mechanisms built into both the RepScape and PreServeScape applications verify that the information returned is accurate and complete. Both applications perform quality audits at the point of data entry.
If a field professional attempts to submit incomplete or inconsistent information, RepScape or PreServeScape will automatically notify the inspector or contractor of the discrepancy and request clarification. Points-of-entry edits are coupled with in-house quality programs before results are released to you.
